Essential vocational awareness means finding your purpose from your essential self. Being aware of one’s unique purpose is the foundation for aligning with a shared collective Higher Purpose that is at the core of Communities of Coherence. The skill of discerning personal alignment in collective progress means someone can achieve their purpose in a way that weaves in with others to fulfill the collective purpose. It helps here if the collective purpose is clear and embodied in each person and the cultural artifacts of the community, so we can see the ways we can synergize as they arise.

Claudine Villemot-kienzle Claudine Villemot-kienzle

Social architect, author, consultant for transculturalism. She was authorized by Don Beck to be a lecturer for Spiral Dynamics integral. She co-founded the Center for Human Emergence, D.A.CH, that aims at fostering societal transformation based on a holistic approach. Inspired by the study of Conscious Evolution she has been dedicating her work to support the emergence of ecosystems embodying an integral/holistic level of consciousness. She co-developed the curriculum “Social Architects” that fosters the building of evolutionary competencies for the metamodern world. She now focuses her research and work on exploring how communities can operate in alignment with coherence and co-creation.
