In this series we focus on exploring how constructively and creatively managing tensions is essential for creating, maintaining, and even enhancing social coherence.
•We learn to distinguish coherence from cohesion and to balance both, ensuring alignment with the broader vision and mission of the community.
•The ability to establish and sustain community agreements serves as a vital “form that holds the storm” when individuals with diverse perspectives collaborate toward complex visions and goals.
•We examine practices and processes that enable the community to engage with, remember, and take personal accountability for upholding these agreements.
